The breakfast had a wide variety. It included international, Arabic, and European options.
The noise from other hotels was too loud at night! I had to change rooms around 10:30 PM because sleep was impossible. During the day, drilling sounds from hotel work persisted on Saturday and Sunday afternoons, even after complaining multiple times. I do not understand why they scheduled such work on weekends when the hotel was full

the villa we stayed in was luxurious. ramesh and venkey were very helpful, assisting us with recommendations. they were always ready to help with our special requests. the staff were very kind.
the time for turndown service was ignored each day. we asked for pillows a bit more firm, we ended up with really rock hard ones.

The breakfast had so much variety. There were many different options to choose from. Main dishes included fresh vegetables, salads, and fruits (my favorite!).
My room was not ready for approximately 40 minutes upon check-in at 3 PM. The hotel seemed only half full. I sat in the club lounge without lunch while waiting.

mandeep gamal and sylvia made our stay special their warmth and attention made us feel at home the room was immaculate with every amenity i wished for the diptyque shampoo and bath products were an elegant touch i loved the scent and quality it added indulgence.
i requested a late check-out at 6 pm the staff initially said they would try to accommodate i was only informed at the regular check-out time that it would not be possible more advance notice would be appreciated.
